Jeanne Charles has a multi-state Alternative Dispute Resolution practice in the Chicago and Fort Lauderdale areas primarily in the area of Labor and Employment. Her practice includes both arbitration and mediation services. She is listed with the American Arbitration Association, Federal Mediation and Conciliation Service, National Mediation Board and Resolute Systems, LLC. She serves on various arbitration panels including the State of Florida/AFSCME and PBA; State of Illinois/AFSCME; Major League Baseball/Major League Baseball Players Association; Miami-Dade County Hearing Examiner; and IRS/NTEU.
With more than 25 years of experience as an attorney, she earned her Juris Doctorate (J.D.) degree from DePaul University School of Law in Chicago and maintains her law license in Illinois. Jeanne is an adjunct professor at Penn State University teaching graduate courses in Human Resources and Employment Relations.
